Jan: if you could share some thoughts on what you believe we did poorly please do. Definitely want to hear what you'd rather have us focus on in the future. Sorry we weren't as exciting as you wished - will try to do better in the future (that's a promise).

I couldn't draw any real information from the first ten minutes of talking, so I left for another session.
Additionally, one of the speaker's (the second from the left, I didn't get his name) spoken english
was very hard to understand.

I have to agree with Chris and Jan I'm afraid. I went to this session expecting to hear "come and hear how others have made innovation a priority - through carefully guided leadership and and environment that fosters creative thinking and collaboration" and all I seemed to get was what people thought about the role of designers and it was hard to get anything really useful from the speakers. I was disappointed as this was my first session of the conference. Sorry.

First, the presentation was bad. The speakers used to talk to each others, not to the audience.
Second, it was hard to follow a guide line (there was no slide, except the first).
Third, i was frustrated not to draw useful information from the subject
