Sorry, maybe I'm the stupid, but it wasn't usefull for me, I was dissapointed after it, and after she's workshop too. "Touch the shoulders of your neighbour..." eehh? How makes it passionate users?

Yes, maybe a little bit too long and above the line, but with lots of truth. When we don't think in the right way to all users (and all user means also everyone is not born with a mouse in his hand) we can't have success.
I hope to find presentation and maybe some video/streaming online.

Great presentation! I did not find the presentation on slideshare so far. will it be shared to the conference delegates?

This was an inspiring session and Kathy certainly seems to do what she preaches - even though it did overlap a little with the previous day's workshop.

I loved this session, especially because of the way Kathy expressed her points with very
good examples. I hope Kathy will also post her slides to the presentation area.

I enjoyed the presentation and will definitely use some when I'm considering future concept development
