I agree that Wifi actually sucks at this conference - the reason is misconfiguration, as I wrote in a different comment. Setting DHCP lease down to 1 minute ... aarrggh....zee germans ;)
Wi-fi seems ok
First big conference I attend with widespread and stable working wi-fi connection, no matter how many users. So kudos about that.
(I still can't believe that in Germany you can smoke inside buildings: it feels weird even to a smoker :-)

WIFI-Connection is horrible, there is nearly no chance to stay online longer than 10 minutes, or at least to reconnect then within half an hour.
