I don't agree. I was there and they were very helpful. :-)

So maybe it was the last day syndrome. Can't wait to get back home.
When were you there?

I disagree. I was there today after lunch and they were very friendly and helpful. They took time for me. Thumbs up for the Nokia team!

Then it must have been to early in the morning. I guess they need some coffee before they speak to people on the stand. I did not care to return later, because I had a negative experience.

Disagree. I asked for a demo of one of their phones. Not related to Web 2.0 or their new futures - just a demo. And I had two of them helping me out with my newbie questions. (Although I am a webbie, phones for me have always just been for phone calls, SMS and the alarm clock!)

Then even offered me time to play with the phone, but I had to head off for a session.

Seems like people can't handle differing opinions over here!!!

Unfortunately I have experienced crap service, which may be due to the points I mentioned above.
I have made my decision, that speaking to those guys put me off buying the N95.

Now I hope to get excited about buying Nokia products again, once I speak to a proper high street sales person.
