The only thing I can say, is that as organizers you should learn from best web 2.0 practice - when the community tells you over and over again that it aint workin' - fix it! People complained on Monday, complained again on Tuesday, and even again on Wednesday! This would have been pretty easy to organize and would have made a better impression on those of us attending all day every day - we would have seen that you cared. At the very least, someone should have addressed the "why" we were getting such bad food and the "why" it was not being fixed.
Do you think that lunch flew across the ocean ;)? I suspect Berliner Messe for this crime ;).
