Scott Hirsch is a founder of Management Innovation Group, a strategy consulting firm that helps clients understand where to play and how to win in a world of rapidly changing markets, technologies, business models, and management practices.

Not your typical MBA, Scott has devoted his consulting career to facilitating teams to bridge their cognitive and behavioral gaps and create a common vision for the future.
